Our critics have agreed on the following
RATING SYSTEM designations and definitions for their reviews. These
designations (with minor alterations) are used for all of our print
reviews (comics) and our media reviews (film/DVD). |
"BOCEPHEUS" |

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED (****
stars):
Excellent, a definite must have. Buy it,
own it and make it a part of your collection. |
RECOMMENDED (*** stars):
Definitely worth experiencing. Even
if you don't normally care about this material, you'll want to give this
a shot. You won't regret it. |
SOMEWHAT RECOMMENDED (**
stars):
Worth your time. May not be for everyone,
but definitely worth a rental or matinee viewing. |
NOT RECOMMENDED (*
stars):
You don't want to own it, and it's really
not worth the time it'll take to view/read. If possible stand in the
store and read it or sneak into the theatre to watch it, assuming you
want to kill the time. A future "New Classic on TNT" |
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
(zero stars):
Dead on Arrival. A total time
waster. Might quite possibly rot some brain cells. Could
make you blind, curve your spine or lose the war for the Allies.
Watching paint dry would be a better use of your time.
