"They
Were the Bar" maybe the new catch phrase going around the WWE Tag Team locker
Room these days. The two WWE superstars formed the tag team "The Bar" in 2016
and since then won five tag team titles with victories over The Usos, The
New Day and The Hardy Boyz. Yet, it seems like their tag team has come to an end
as the two heavyweights now want to get their Singles careers back on track.
Cesaro is a former US Champion and his strength as well as athleticism earned
him his own section in the crowd. Sheamus is a four-time world champion and has
won every major title in WWE except for the Intercontinental Championship. Both
had impressive resumes coming in "The Bar" and they are amicably leaving in the
hopes of excelling in the future. A possible reunion down the road isn't
being ruled out as the two could meet up again thanks to the Wild Card Rule
which allows up to four superstars from each brand to cross over to the rival
show each week. Cesaro recently said: "Of course we could take advantage of the
Wild Card Rule, but I think right now we're still trying to figure out
what we're going to do, obviously I'm on RAW he's on SmackDown." |
