Morgan, who Stan Lee had described as his only partner and business manager, has
been charged with five counts of elder abuse against him. The charges filed in
Los Angeles Superior Court, include false imprisonment, fraud and forgery,
related to an incident that occurred in June 2018. A warrant has been issued for
Morgan's arrest. In June 2018 Morgan removed Stan from his home in the Hollywood
Hills to an apartment for three days. During those three days Lee made a video
declaring Morgan was his only partner and business manager, and that all others
were making false claims about him. Once Lee returned home he petitioned for a
restraining order, and Morgan was arrested on charges of filing a false police
report. Morgan has denied any wrongdoing.
