The
third Kingsman film is set for
release on 11/8/2019. This isn’t a shock since director Matthew Vaughn already
teased the third film earlier this year. But the third film is actually a
prequel and not a sequel. The new film will take place during World War 1 with
Ralph Fiennes and Beach Rats’ Harris Dickinson in the key lead roles. The cast
will also include The Alienist’s Daniel Bruhl, Game of Thrones’ Charles Dance,
Kick Ass’ Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Quantum of Solace’s Gemma Arterton, Night
Manager’s Tom Hollander, Watchmen’s Matthew Goode and Amazing Spider-Man’s Rhys
Ifans. The film will be called Kingsman: The Great Game. Great Game is a period
film that will show the beginnings of the agency. Vaughn will then bring back
Taron Egerton and Colin Firth to finish their story. There has been talk of a TV
series but that has been put on the back burner. |
