70's Crime Drama Mixes the Mob, Music and a Musicians Muse

In 1970s Los Angeles, Jonny is one of the thousands of musicians trying to make it big while working a crummy bar job, and getting drunk with his whiskey soaked P.I. friend, Jackie. When Jonny gets tangled up with a local mob hitman, he not only finds a new and violent career, but maybe the inspiration for his music as well. From Ollie Masters (The Kitchen, Snow Blind) and Eoin Marron (HER INFERNAL DESCENT, Army of Darkness, James Bond) comes the next rock'n'roll crime sensation, with a beat that'll kill you dead. According to writer Ollie Masters…

“Killer Groove is a 70s LA crime story about an unsuccessful musician finding success and musical inspiration as a contract killer. I’m excited to be working with such a great group of people on this book. Eoin, Jordie And Hass are some of the best people in comics and I’m privileged to get to work with them all.”

It all begins with the new Aftershock mini-series DCEASED #1 (OF 6) which ships with two standard covers and is currently scheduled to arrive on New Comic Wednesday-052919 with a $3.99 cover price. As always it will be Alternate Reality "1st Day Sale" priced at 25% OFF ($2.99!) on the 29th and 15% OFF for the rest of its first week of release ($3.39!) while supplies last.
