Ring of Honor's women's division will get its own championship. After teasing an
announcement about the division at the Final Battle pay-per-view, ROH revealed
that there would be a Women of Honor Champion in 2018. The tournament to decide
the winner began on 1/20. Announced participants at the start were: Brandi
Rhodes, Deonna Purrazzo, Jenny Rose, Stacy Shadows, former Impact wrestler
Madison Rayne, Jessie Brooks, Kelly Klein, Mandy Leon, Stella Grey, HZK, Jenny
Rose, Karen Q, Hana Kimura, Kagetsu, Sumie Sakai, and Stardom's Mayu Iwatani
Holidead and Hana Kimura. And the biggest name that has entered the tournament
so far is Tenille Dashwood, also known as Emma in WWE. |
