The angle on Raw where Kurt Angle told Jason
Jordan to go home until he was medically cleared wasn’t an angle at all. Jordan
has a neck injury and was having issues with his grip. That explains why he
didn’t do much at the Royal Rumble and hasn’t worked any house shows. April
Everhart, Jordan's wife, claimed on Instagram that his neck injury was minor and
that he was already planning his comeback but that was wishful thinking.
Recently Jordan had a procedure called a "minimally invasive posterior cervical
microdiscectomy." According to WWE doctor Joseph Maroon, "He had an injury to a
disc in his neck which resulted in significant pain that was refractory to all
conservative measures. It was decided to do a minimally invasive operation to
decompress the nerve, to allow it to heal.” Jordan’s return will not happen
until after WrestleMania. |
