 Valiant's
X-O Manowar will make his way back to the racks in 2017. The series will be
written by Matt Kindt and the first year will be told in three-issue arcs all
drawn by different artists. The artists are: Tomas Giorello, Doug Braithwaite,
Clayton Crain, Ryan Bodenheim, and Mico Suayan. When the series launches in
March Aric will not have his armor. In fact, he will be working as a farmer on a
distant planet. When the series begins he is quite happy with his new life and
will have to decide whether he wants to go back to his old life with or without
the armor. The year long storyline will also affect other Valiant titles because
his absence will be felt in all of the Valiant titles. The arc will celebrate
the 25th anniversary of the character and the publisher says that we will see
quite a few major announcements in 2017. |
