Matt Sydal missed shows for New Japan Pro Wrestling last month and now we know why. According to a report from Nikkan Sports the former Evan Bourne was arrested at the Kansai International Airport on September 23rd after a flight to Japan. He was allegedly caught with slightly over two grams of liquid cannabis that was contained in a hidden pipe, as well as a pipe attached to an electronic cigarette. If he is found guilty he would be banned permanently from ever working in Japan again due to their strict drug laws.
